Viola Club or a place where to watch italian football

Greetings to all
I'll be in London at the end of May and there is the last match of the italian championship (Serie A). I'm a supporter of Fiorentina. I know there is a "Fiorentina club" or "Viola Club" in London. Someone have any news? Where it is, if it has a web page or some way to contact it?
Is there another place or someone that know where i can see the match Fiorentina-Milan?
