It's hard to say without any details of what you are looking for. For a good economical hotel in the Favoriten area, I can recommend the Hotel Kolbeck. It's nicely renovated, with good big rooms and brand new bathrooms. Wonderful breakfast included in price. It is situated in a pedestrian mall with trams and metro close by and lots of shops and restaurants all around. I found it on www.venere.com or on www.bookings.com, can't remember which. If of course, you are looking for something more upmarket, then you couldn't do better than the Sacher as recommended by the last poster.
