Bucharest Antiquariat market

Hi,
I'd like to know if there is any open antiquariat market in Bucharest, and if so which days is operating. I've have heard that in Bucharest you can still find old precious items in logical prices. Is this true? Where? Thanks in advance.

There is no such market specifically for antiques, but there there are numerous antiques shops in the old quarter (southern part of downtown); you can also find people selling used stuff (mostly car parts, old electronics etc. but also some antiques) in nearly all neighborhood markets, especially on weekends.

If you are now in Bucharest you can find an antiquariat fair in Carol Park. I haven't been there yet, but I heard about it on the radio and I plan to go tomorrow. You should find interesting things there.
