There are not really beach hotels in Lima that I know of, due to the steep cliffs dropping down to the sea on which Lima/Mirafores is built.
The one that comes close to it is the Marriot in fron of shopping center Larco Mar. Another one could be the Best Western Embajadores-3 blocks from the sea. In any case you would have to walk down the cliffs.
