Dublin is a modern European capital city. Thousands of people usinbaby strollers alive there so I don't think you should have any unusual problems. Enjoy your visit.

Dublin is pretty flat. Most of the DART stations have a few stairs, but modest incomparison to other cities. Many walks are cobblestone so I would make sure you have large diameter wheels. Dublin city code requires strollers to be equiped with devices suitable to hold pint of Guiness....

Hi! on the whole Dublin is pretty flat, you might have to negotiate a few bridges, but they're quite easy to access. At weekends in Temple Bar etc, it's quite crowded, but probably no worse than any other city.
How long are you visiting Dublin for? if 2 days or more, I'd recommend getting the DART to Howth, 30 minutes away - a lovely seaside village, with great fish restaurants, very scenic and seals swimming in the harbour.
Have A Great Trip!

We found most parts of Dublin city to be flat and the footpaths good. In particular we were amazed at how wide the footpath along O'Connel street is.

You should not have a problem with a stroller.

Enjoy Dublin,

Mike

Hello friends. In the city like Dublin there is no chance of arising a question whether it is good for stroller or not.It is modern city where we get see many people walking with strollers.I walk with my babies in Tandem pushchair which we bought from www.icoobaby.co.uk .Although it is bit bulky but we can handle it easily on the streets of Dublin.
