Taking the "T" to Fenway

I'm coming from Connecticut and would like to drive via I95 and take the T from a station close to I95 or I90. I did it once before, but cant remember where I got off the highway. Can anyone help?

Did you take the Greenline from Riverside? I think you get off at the Grove Street exit.
