If you have ever flown Easyjet and have enjoyed the cost saving, you may like to look into Easyhotel. There is one at 36-40 Belgrave Road, SW1V 1RG which is not too far away from Victoria Station. http://easyhotel.com
Well within budget but not suitable for those suffering from claustrophobia. For one nights sleep - adequate.
