I have a reservation at Arzak for 2, but my travel partner can no longer make it. Is it worth going there, even if alone?

I have done Akelare and Zuberoa, and would do Arzak if I had to eat with one hand tied behind my back. ;-) Karl

I guess it all depends on how you feel eating alone in a restaurant.

I've not been to Arzak (yet) but it's on my wish list

I'd go there in any case (as Karl above). I'd prefer going with someone, but I would rather go alone than missing the experience.

However, I have friends who only enjoy the "social" part of eating out, they really do not enjoy the food if they are alone

So it's really up to you

To eat in Arzak is an experience alone or with company .
