I am going to the Uru Leather Factory because it was planned for me. Do you know if it is worth it or would the mall or Onze be better choices?

I'm not familiar with the factory you mention but the best area for the biggest selection of leather is a four square block zone around the 600 and 700 blocks of Calle Murillo. I have some more details on how to get there in my Bs As page.
