Chicago where to stay two nights

i am sure uts been asked before but hey,if the swine bug doesnee stop us ,where,would we be best to stay for two nights in the windy one.we like a bevvy and a good night out,well we are on vacation .have a great piggy flu free w/end everyone.

The hotels along the Magnificent Mile (Michigan Avenue) are the most centralized hotels for attractions, restaurants and sights. Also River North and some hotels in the loop. Not a lot of hotels out in the neighborhoods but there is good transportation (el, bus, cabs) to anywhere you'd want to go.
