Fort Lauderdale Travel Forum

Hi all,

We will be arriving in Fort Lauderdale either by Amtrak or Greyhound and would then need to get to FLL where we are planning on renting a car.

Would anyone perhaps be able to offer advice on methods of transport (probably local bus service) to get from either the Amtrak terminal (200 SW 21st Terrace, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33312) or the Greyhound terminal (515 NE 3rd St, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301) to the airport?

There are other offices in the downtown area and Enterprise Rent-a-Car will pick you up.
If you must go to the airport you can try www.tri-rail.com a taxi or i think it is the 6 bus

i use the car, but i would think if you contact amtrak or greyground and tell them of your transfer request to FLL, they will advise you plenty.
