Filipinos are very helpful and I am sure you will get the info you need. Better yet, labor is very cheap in Manila and if needed, you can hire someone trustworthy to attend to your needs while over there and it does not cost much at all. For example, for our twins, we hired two nannies for three weeks and they only charge about US$200 each. It also gives a job to those who need it.
