apartments or “not expensive” hotel

Hello!

in next 2 weeks , I have to visit Bahrain (for not more than 4 days)..
I looking where is good place to live this 4 days
They told me that place should be near to Seef mall..

Is there any apartments or “not expensive” hotel, or maybe they rent flat by day.

Please help me
