Dear all.. I would like to know where to apply for a visa to perth? How much? I have booked the flight ticket directly from airasia (in SINGAPORE).. have limited time to read up and understand the whole booking haha..

Australian High Commission, 25 Napier Rd, Singapore
You can apply for an ETA (electronically stored authority) visa which is also available at travel agents and airlines. You can check it all out at www.immi.gov.au/visitors/tourist/visa-options.htm

if you hold a passport from an ETA eligible country the ETA, there's no charge, all done by web and it is valid for 12 months with stays of up to 3 months on each visit.
