Is it difficult to get to Sheathers Wharf by public transport?

I see the pictures of Sheathers Wharf in Central Coast from this website:

It looks beautiful. I don't have a car, is it easy to get there?
possible to get by rail?

Besides Sheathers Wharf, are any of the locations shown in this website are easier to get to?

The whole Central Coast has beautiful places like that on inland waterways plus beautiful beaches.

You can catch a train from Sydney to Gosford, which is not a very nice town but has beautiful waterfront areas, and the train goes through some very nice areas. From Gosford you can catch buses to various places, such as my home town of Terrigal which has a beautiful beach. The Entrance is another place you might like to visit.

Wow! Awesome pix! :o) My mate Colin said it all (hiya Colin :o). The train trip up to Gosford is nice and there's so many beautiful beaches to check out. I'd say just grab a good map while you are in Sydney and head off up and see where you end up :o) My old haunt was Avoca Beach which is easy to get to by bus as well. Terrigal is great for restaurants :o)
