Hello all i'm currently in Singapore and i've been told in the past that it has markets where you can get all sorts of 'designer' items such as wallets, watches and clothes at cheap negotiable prices.

The problem is i cant seem to find any of these markets.

Can anybody help me with names and locations of such markets? That would be great i'm going home in a couple days and want to get some new things

probably bugis......get the subway and alight at bugis mrt on the green line.

try googling Fash Bash - they organize flea markets for local designers

As wanderer9020 has mentioned, your best bet is probably Bugis Village, near Bugis MRT Station.

Not known of any "concentrated" market. Appear to be sporadic.
I stay near Bukit Panjang but there is one stall, occasionally set up in the market but not regular.

as our fellow VT-ers have mentioned, bugis village would be the best place to shop for bargains! just alight at the bugis mrt station and the bugis village is just directly opposite the award winning shopping mall - bugis junction.

the stalls in bugis village offer designer inspired clothes, dress, shoes and prices are negotiable for some stalls.

if you are looking for designer wallets, there is a shop at the level 2 (if i am not wrong), selling all sorts of designer wallets and bags. the shop keeper is actually a very old uncle.
