Is it possible to take the metro from Baneasa airport to the centre of Bucharest (near the Museum Of History And Art)?

the name of the museum at romanian are:

"Muzeul de Istorie si Arta al Municipiului Bucuresti"

the museum is next to PIATA UNIVERSITATII.

from baneasa airport you dont have a metro station , the option is to cross the main road bucharest-ploiesti to buy magnetic ticket with 2 ride cost 7 lei.
and jamp on bus 783 and go with him till piata universitati.
