Sydney About what time will Sydney be completely dark in May?

I checked that the sunset time is about 5:00 pm in Sydney.
Does it mean that it'll be almost dark at around at about 6:00 pm?

I wanna take fotos of sunset. So I suppose I gotta go earlier...

I would think you would want to be to your location before the sun starts to set.

Across from the Opera House, on the bay at the Rocks, is a great place for a reflective picture of the Opera House and the bay.

Ya, I think I'd be at the location before 5:00 pm.
I just noticed the early sunset time yesterday,
as earlier I've planned the places to go, that means I may have to shift the activities earlier, otherwise, it'll be dark.

by the way, wot could I do at nights?
