Manila Hotel or Serviced Apartment
Posted: Tue April 14, 2009 07:56 PM UTC
Hello Friends:
I am going to be solo in Manila for a week in August. My questions:
1) Is it better to stay in a hotel or to rent a serviced apartment?
I prefer the Ermita/Malate area along the bay. I've checked out the prices of both types of accommodation, and they are about the same.
2) Do hotels in Manila allow non-registered quest in the room?
Thanks for your help

We stayed in 2503 Baywatch Towers. It is a condo there. It was a very plesant stay! We really liked the view! The guards were very nice when entering and exiting the building. It is right on the strip in Malate. Very close walking distance to nightlife and other attractions. Robinsons Mall is close also. I would book there soon, as this condo seems to fill fast. You can find them on VRBO listing number #98394. They have telephone numbers listed there also. One reason we stayed here was a quick responce from the owners. They stayed in contact with emails.
