I would really appreciate if someone could tell me what it costs to store a suitcase in a locker at the Santiago airport for 10 nights?

There are no lockers. There is a left luggage office (Custodia de Equipaje) where you can leave baggage. The last time I looked, and that was about a year ago, it was CLP$3500 for big bags and CLP$2500 for small bags, so it will be at least that. It is expensive for more than a day or two. They probably charge less at bus stations or you could see if your lodging can store some things.

Just called and yes, Huentetu is right they keep charging CLP 3500 (about 6USD) for a 20-25kg suitcase, and CLP 2500 for small ones..
