Hi,

looking at flying cebu pacific, and i notice somethiung about filipino guest tax and terminal tax, what is this and hoe much and is this to be paid on top of your ticket?

Departure Tax should be P750 (international) and P200 (domestic)

Hmm... this could be important for me as well. But 200 php isn't a problem so I guess I'll worry about that when it comes up!

750php for all departing international passengers (Filipino and foriegners), aside from the travel tax, 1000++ php(For Filipino tourist or business traveller).The 750 php will be paid in cash before clearing immigration. I understand, its 200 php for domestic flight passengers

So let me see if I understand this.... if I DON'T pay the departure tax, I'll be forced to stay on a tropical island instead of returning back to the daily grind of a job???? *grin*

At Manila airport I think the most thing to be worried is to be 'on time' at airport, let add almost 1 hour and not the canonical three hours for international and also for national flights. There is often long line to get inside the airport and quite few controls.
At metal detector control do not stay on the wrong line, there are lines for man and for woman.
