I need to go from Sao Paulo to Tres Coracao.
What are some of the ways to get there? Are there buses that go to Tres Coracao?
Where would I catch the bus, how long is the ride, and how much is it?
If there is someone who is really knowledgeable about this, I would appreciate any kind of information. Thank you.

I believe you are refering to Tres Corações. Tres Corações is a town from Minas Gerais State/Brazil. I will include a link concerned in Tres Corações:

This city is near Varginha, Cambuquira, Carmo da Cachoeira... and others. Tres Corações is 297Km far from São Paulo by paved road. There is a brazilian bus company that serves both cities: Transul Transportes Coletivos Ltda. I am pasteing below the link from Transul as well:

The timetable from Transul showed me there are 5 departures from São Paulo city each day. The departure hours are: 8:30AM; 0:30PM; 4:30PM; 7:30PM and 10:30PM.
Another transportation may be airway, by air-taxi. There is a big airport in Tres Corações. I suggest Lider Taxi Aereo. It's a good brazilian air taxi company. You may find Lider Taxi Aereo in Congonhas airport/São Paulo city.
There is besides another brazilian Tres Corações city. But this other town is in Rondonia State. So you may be sure which Tres Corações you must reach before schedule your journey to Brazil.
I'm not sure how much is the bus fare. I believe around US$40,00 is a nice hunch
