Other parking ideas for Hilton Beach Resort

The Ft. Lauderdale Hilton Beach Resort only offers valet parking for $29 per day. That is a bit steep. Does anyone know if there are any lots in walking distance that we could self park our car. We will be visiting for 4 days in May, Thursday thru Monday morning. Thanks for any info.

valet parking is one thing, but you should be able to park your car yourself at the parking area?wow news to me, used to live nearby.
nearby you could find parking for 7 USD a night,South Beach public parking signs tell you the way.
also right around Las Olas blvd there is plenty of parking garages and not to far from your hotel, nice area see it here
