what is the possibilities to go from Almaty to Karakol for 12 persons? It is possible to reached Karakol not going to Bishkek direction?

Yes. reaching Karakol not going to Bishkek is possible
there is a bus Almaty-Karakol (departs at 10 or 11 pm and reaches KArakol somelike at noon) price is approx.15-20 USD per seat.
