Please, could anyone tell me how distanced are terminal 1 and terminal 2 of sheremetyevo airport?

and if they are quite distanced how can I get from first to second terminal?

Since I'm changing flights there, I have 3 hours of waiting, is that going to be enough of time???

it's about 6 km between each other. You can use transfer bus, time of trip 15- 20 minutes, cost 80 rubles (2 euro).
The stop near "arrival" section of Terminal 1.

yes, it is quite near by, terminals to each other. I agree with info above, the best way is bus or mini-bus, so named marshrutka. I am sure 3 hours sound good although sometimes I saw long queue for the foreigners in the passport control. if you will see that, I recommend you to ask people let you go first for the next flight,'cause of the queue could last long time :-(.
the bus stop is just in front of the arrival area.
in case, in arrival area there is information office, you may ask them if you have any doubts with bus stop place. in the same place is ATM to get some roubles for you journey between SVO2 and SVO1

You can take city bus too (not marsrutka) N 581 and 581C (C-speed), cost only 25 rubles ~ 1USD. Its stop is the same place as marirutka.

One more question, I heard that I have to take my luggage first when I land in Moscow and then, together with my luggage, take transfer bus. So, according to that information I would lose even more time on waiting for luggage.

Before, when I was flying I would have done check-in, and my luggage would be waiting for me on the landing place, because I had my ticket and my final destination was written on it. But now I am not sure, because I'm flying to Russia which demands visa, does that make difference or my luggage will be waiting for me?
