Edinburgh choosing apartment in Edinburgh

I am trying to choose betweeen the following apartments. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I can't speak to the references you mention, however, I just made accomodations for an Edinburgh B&B through www.scottishaccomodationindex.com, which also has self serve apartements. It was quick, easy and provided a wide range of properties for consideration.

I don't know of the agencies really, but can tell you that all the addresses you mention are near the city centre,. Cumberland Street is a good area, walking distance to the City and a fairly quiet resedential area, not sure if this helps!
