walking lane on 7 mile bridge?

Is there a pedestrian lane across 7 Mile Bridge? I am training for a marathon and would like to run across the bridge.

He/She's training for a marathon at Marathon (this could turn into an Abbott and Costello routine very easily).

I do not think there are provisions for pedestrians on 7 mile bridge. You can walk/run on the old section up to Pigeon Key.
