Does anyone know if there is luggage storage at the Bucharest train station, and if so how much it costs/day? I need to store a bag for a few weeks (probably 3-4), and I will pick it up when I fly out of Bucharest back to the States. Does anyone have any other advice for where I can CHEAPLY store a bag for that long?? Thanks for your help!

Yes, there's definitely a luggage storage office at Bucharest North train station, but I don't know about current prices (I think it's quite cheap though).

yes there is luggage storage as mention at gara de nord station.
the cost for small bag is 3 lai for 24 hours and 6 lei for big bag for 24 hours.
you shuld know that midium travel bag is alredy big (-: so small as I understand is like school bag.
this cost was at last year somewhere at 09/2008 I dopt if the price up and if yes is for 1-2 lei.

now you say you want for 3-4 weeks ... the cost will be 6 lei * 28 days =168 lei
or 126 lei for 3 week.
you can try to ask if there is discount for long term.

another Idea is if you stay a night at some hostel/hotel you can ask them about this option.

the luggage storage location are if you get in to the station
