Hi,

I was looking for a nice not very expensive nor cheap close to US Embassy in Ankara, can you guys give me some names? I prefer walking distance.

Also when I went to Turkey couple of years ago I found a nice hotel in Istanbul and I actually bargained with the guy at reception and he gave me a good rate! A huge discount :) can I do this in Ankara?

I don't know about your budget for accommodation but I write some hotel's name down around the US Embassy
and since I live in Ankara I haven't tried none of them;)

Neva Palas Hotel is a boutique hotel located near to Kocatepe Mosque and it's also 10 mn.distance to the embassy on foot.
