We will arrive in Otopeni (Henri Coanda) Airport at 07:55 am and we need to get the bus from Autogara Militari at 11:00 am to Sibiu.
Can anybody tell us how to get to the Autogara Militari from the airport by bus or public transport?
Or any better solution with reasonable cost to go to Sibiu from the airport?

By public transport it's something like this:
1) take bus 783 from the airport and get off at Piata Victoriei station;
2) there go underground and take the subway on line M1 till Eroilor station;
3) at Eroilor station change to subway line M3 and get off at Pacii station;
4) get outside and walk to autogara Militari, it's very close ;

you can take the trin nr' "ACCELERAT 1621"
this train depart at 09:42 from GARA DE NORD train station,
and arrived to sibiu at 15:30, total journey time are 5.48 hours.

second class one way cost 44 lei.
bus cost 30-34 lei as I look on the buss schedule:

so difrents of 10-14 lei last then 4 euro.

from airport you have direct bus nr' 780 that depart at 08:05 , 08:30 , 09:00
if you can chach the 08:30 you have chance to chach the train ather no chance.
