We are going to Sharm tomorrow - staying near old town - Ocean Club. Is there anywhere to go running safely? I will want to go for a few miles but don't want to make an exhibtion of myself and am likely to be on my own (husband not a runner!) any advice?

go down to the sea front at namma bay and there is a promenard running right round the bay, it must be at least a couple of miles long and as safe as anywhere you have run before and your husband can sit and have a couple of ice cold beers at any number of places in namma bay while he is waiting. come to think of it me and my wife are going in june so I think I might encourage her to take up jogging.
