Visa for Indian national

Hello,

I am an Indian national living in the UK and have been to Egypt 5 times now. I have obtained visa on arrival last 3 times however, I just read that Indian nationals need to have pre-arrival visa. Can someone confirm this please? I am flying tomorrow.

I'm not seeing that. It says 15 day Visa is available on arrival. Fill in the blanks at this site

Hi. Thanks for your quick answer. The websites are giving mix messages. Delta and Skyline say that you can get visa on arrival and the Egyptian foreign office and Indian embassy in the UK suggest pre-arrival visa is required. Seriously confused.

My husband (Indian National) was required to get his visa prior to arrival. Not available on arrival for him.

P.S. You should never trust what the airlines tell you. They even say that they are not respsonsible for whether or not visa information is correct. You will always get the correct information from a Consulate.

If you've been to Egypt 5 times already you still need a visa. They will check at the airport prior to departure. If they let you board the plane then you can obtain one at the airport. I travel to Caior several times a year so i've been able to go without a visa before,
