Hi,

Can anyone suggest the best way to get to Middelburg from Brussels National Airport? I am heading to Middelburg this sunday (29/03/09) and there seems to be some rail work over this weekend and I don't find any available train connection on the Brussels/Belgium rail website.. :(

Does anyone knows if taking a taxi is possible from Brussels-Belgium to Middelburg-Netherlands? and how much will that cost?!

Take English, then INTERNATIONAL and enter FROM Bruxelles-Nat-Airport TO Middelburg. Date & Time. SEARCH CONNECTION. DETAILS FOR ALL.

Middelburg is reached via Bruxelles Nord, Essen (B) is North of Antwerp, Roosendaal (NL) by bus, Kruiningen-Yerseke by bus, Middelburg by train. Total time 3hr37. Trains every hour.

Taking a taxi from Brussels to Middelburg is possible, but will cost you a small fortune.
You can normally travel by train all the way, but this weekend there are engineering works, so the train is replaces by a bus along part of it's route. However this is not a real problem. Just get a ticket to Middelburg at the aiport, as the trainticket is valid in the replacement bus. The trip planner at www.bahn.de is uptdate and shows the replacement buses.

hi folks - thanks for the quick response..just had an email reply from one of the taxi company in brussel.. its costing Euro 275.60 by taxi from brussel to middelburg!! think i will take the train... ;p cheers
