Angkor wat in June/July

Is early July still good to visit Angkor Wat? I've read that it's the rainy season would it spoil the experience any problem with floods?
Would early June be a better bet?

Appreciate any inputs/advise on the timing.

I was there in late July and it was wet - but it didn't rain all day and we managed OK. It was muddy in places though so shoes rather than sandals were needed.

I have been in June and July in different years and niether were a problem. I experienced rain but no floods??? I have just returned home from a trip to Angkor in Feb 09. No issue again just more people than June or July.

I was there on mid-July last year.
It was still hot and there were drizzles mostly in the afternoons very refreshing.
I didn't experience any flooding. No problem with the timing.
