It will not be $25 -$30 I live in Applecross which is 10kms from the city centre and it costs me over $20 to get home. Caversham is near the Swan Valley which is around 45-50kms away. It will be closer to $50!!

Hiya again. I appreciate your dilema :o) Just had a look on whereis.com.au and also phoned perthtransit.com.au and Swan Taxis and came up with a great idea! How about catching the train to Bassendean station on the Midland line and get either a maxi-taxi that holds up to 13 people from there or 2 taxis to Caversham & back. If you want a maxi-taxi it's better to pre book it. The number for Swan Taxis is 131330. It's less than 10 minutes from Bassendean Tran Station to Caversham Park.....much better than catching a taxi from Perth itself...which will cost you a fortune!! Hope this helps :o) Ann.
