We will be disembarking from the river boat in Arles and taking the train to the Airport in Marseilles. I was wondering how close to the airport (Marseilles) the train station is and what is the best way to get directly to the airport.

There are trains from Arles to Vitrolles station which connect by bus to MRS (Marseille Marignan).

Fares run about 11€, en route time about 1 hour.

train station is at rue paul Sémard along the ave Leclerc not far from Alcazar. the airport is outside city limits along the A7 which start at the train station in ave Leclerc.

You will need public transport to go from train station to airport,bus is ok
Airport to the train station gare Saint-Charles - about 25 mins
service between 5h10am to 00h50am
frequency is every 20 minutes ,except after 22H50 is depending on the flighs arriving
cost is one trip one way 8.50 Euros
