I read this on Ryanair information:

Treviso Airport is situated 3 Km outside of Treviso city centre. AACT city operates a bus service into town .Buses depart from outside the terminal building, journey time is 10 – 15 minutes and tickets cost €1.00. Timetables and other information can be found on www.actt.it.

The timetable is on the web site they give. Line 6. Get a ticket at the rail station or at the airport.

Yes, there is.

TREVISO STAZIONE FS <--> AEROPORTO TREVISO (Treviso centre/train station <--> Treviso airport)

Bus n 6 runs every 15 minutes from the train station of Treviso to the Airport Canova.
Tickets are sold at 1 Euro at the ticket machine at the airport, the ACTT ticket office (public transport company) opposite the train station or in the train station.
The driver sells tickets as well at the cost of 2 Euro.

If you are heading for Venice, then Ryanair operate a shuttle bus direct from the airport at Treviso to Piazzale Roma in Venice. However, it is probably easier and certainly cheaper to take the public transport bus from the airport to Treviso station and then a train from Treviso to Venice Sta Lucia. The trains run frequently. In January/February two return tickets from Venice to Treviso cost Euros 9.30. Make sure you buy a ticket for the ordinary train, not the special ones for which a reservation is required and which charge extra.
