I like "Cozinha das Malheiras" "A Adega do Padrinho" and "Os 3 Potes" (not necessarily for "mariqueira".
There's a nice marisqueira also in the main street along the river but don't remember the name :S

Go to the Pedra Alta restaurants. For 70 euros you get a massive seafood platter. There were 5 of us and we couldn't finish it! They had calamari, lobster, crab, muscles, king prawns, scollops...everything! Plus it came with arroz de marisco and chips. Best seafood I've had by far!
