Moscow directions to metal tree sculptures ( lovers 'padlocks)

can anyone give directions on how to get to these sculptures
i know theyre on a bridge somewhere near tverskaya

right?
we will be staying in the arbat region and would like to visit this romantic spot where newlyweds place locks on the tree/trees and throw the key into the river

anyone have photos?

It is (maybe was) on Luzhkov bridge (extention of Lavrushinskiy pereulok (lane), street where Tret'yakovskay gallery is located). But I don't know it is or not now. Last weekend I saw as newlyweds placed lock on Patriarshiy bridge fence ( this bridge is not far 600 m from Luzhlov bridge near the Cathedral of the Redeemer).
Let me know this lover tree exists or not now ;)
