I'm sure there are many women who travel to Spain in search of a Latin man.
Why he needs company is a little perplexing but hey, maybe its more fun looking for dates with a pal or something.

What's wrong with all of you? I really don't understand, I always had a special interest for east european countries reason for wich I studied 2 years Russian at a private school. My best relationship was with an Ukrainian girl, it lasted for 18 months but for proffesional reasons it had to stop. What's wrong about going there for a girlfriend? They are overall pretty, healthy and caring women.

I've been in Kiev, Ivano-Frankovsk, Chisinev and Chirnivzy. To be honest there is no target-city in Ukraine to find a girlfriend, and this is not a mission!! It's like in your country, anywhere-anytime it can happen.
Was it secure for you to travel inside Ukraine? I had problems only with the police in Kiev, who stopped me 3 times asking to see my documents.

I don't like to generalize, but in Spain they tend to smoke and drink a lot (like in most Europe). Obesity is also becoming a problem here, something wich was quite uncommon (USA influence) thanks to the mediterranean diet.

Good luck with your trip. In your first posting you stated that you were going to mainly find a girlfriend--not to see the beautiful sites, learn about history ect. But no worries--i see now this is also important to you.

Btw the correct spell of the capiytal is Kyiv now, as it sounds in Ukrainian.

Inga, this one goes for you because you seem to be a very clever girl. We all know Chisinev is the capital of Moldavia, but maybe not all know that its also a stop when you travel from Chernivzy to Kiev. We also know that Kyiv is the ukrainian variant of Kiev, but what is the strongest language in the capital and east of Ukraine? My girlfriend was from Ivano-Frankovsk and came with me to Kiev, where everybody answered her in Russian despite starting the conversation in Ukrainian.

strongest or not, but the correct spell is as I wrote it. Not a big deal to write 4 letters correctly, I guess.
More and more people speak Ukrainian, especially in sachools. Hope it'll be the strongest soon.
And Ivano-Frankivsk, I bet your g/f was telling it exactly like that.
As for Moldova, it's the official country name even in Russian.
