Hi - I travel to Jacksonville regularly and love the place. Next time I would like to bring my wife and stay on for a few days as a vacation. I would love to stay out at one of the beach, ideally in a place overlooking the beach or backing on to it. However don't think I can afford some of the prices I have seen.
Anyone know of anywhere, can be 30 miles north or south of Jacksonville as well, where you can stay out at the beach? Thanks in advance |

Prices obviously depend on the season, but one nice, newer hotel right on the beach is the Hilton Garden Inn in St. Augustine Beach.

north is more expensive, look beach south except Ponte Vedra is better, the before mention St Augustine is nice; oldest city in the USA,and nice beaches couple with colonial Spanish city.
