Due to extreme climatic changes the World is experiencing at the moment, trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local, on the day variations.
Most places now are seeing weather conditions well outside the norm.
The information below should be used as a guide only.

Here is the average weather for Dubrovnik for this time of year.
Enjoy your holiday.

The BBC website has climate averages for Venice:

http://www.bbc.co.uk/weather/world/city_guides/results.shtml?tt=TT003950

It wont be too cold to visit as long as you pack appropriate clothing (clothes you can layer, warm outerwear, raingear scarf, gloves, hat) and footwear. Venice, being entirely surrounded by sea, can be especially chilly if there is a wind.

The BBC website also has climate averages for Dubrovnik (duh....sorry!).

Same comments apply, obviously (apart from the 'surrounded by sea' bit....but you should not underestimate the wind-chill factor).

I was there in January and it was fine. You will need a jacket and some type of windproof layer for layering. It really wasn't that cold but you will feel it when the wind comes up.
