Does anyone know of any car rental agencies that allow travel into Bosnia, Montenegro, and Serbia? I'm having a lot of trouble finding anyone willing to cover travel into those countries.

Italy - we're open to the idea of renting twice if we have to.
We're flying to Rome for a week and then heading north to Austria for two weeks, doing a bit of a horseshoe around the adriatic into Croatia. That's where we're running into problems in regards to the car rentals.

When we've hired cars in Croatia we've always been able to take them in to Montenegro and BiH but not into Serbia. That could be your problem.

http://www.rentacarrajan.com.ba/ Car's are reliable, it is cheaper then the most of other companies and, pending of agreement, they can organize delivery or pick-up in neighboring countries (Serbia, Croatia, MNE)
