driving times in Montenegro

Hi
Can someone tell me how long it takes by car to get between the following places please?

budva - podgorica

podgorica - niksic

niksic - scepan polje

niksic - zabljak

Also is it safer (for the car) to rent one in montenegro to drive around montenegro as opposed to renting one in Dubrovnik and driving over the border?

Montenegro is very safe, & is no problem for driving.
Budva-Podgorica, if you drive normal, (not Montenegrian style, i.e hair rising styale) than it is about 50 min.
Podgorica-Nikshic is 42km and it takes about 50mn too.
Nikshich-Shcepan Polje is around hour
Nikshich-Zabljak about hour & half to two.
For rent a car best price is www.sixt.com and if you take Croatian reg rent-a- car there is no problem to take the car in M'negro.
