Are there any boat excursions leaving from Anna Maria Island going down to Key West, Fl?

If not where is the closest place to Anna Maria Island that one can depart from.

Anna Maria is link to land by a bridge, used to do it by car . THe only place i know its from Ft Myers a bit south
