Can any one advice the best / budget travel option from Toronto to JFK. I want to catch a flight from JFK to go back home. What are the options ?

www.delta.com is generally one of the cheaper options

I think you're best option is Porter airlines, even though they fly into New Jersey for the money is probably cheaper than any other major airline.
Best places to visit in Toronto, how much time do you have in the city? There's tons of atractions it just depends what you want to do.
