HI , i am a single lady looking for an alternative place to stay in Abu Dhabi for two weeks at a time every three months or so..the prices of hotels make it impossible to visit that long and i am currently looking for work there but need a place to stay. If anyone knows of anyone with a spare room that they would consider renting to me for a reduced rate , i would love to hear from you.. I am a very responsible respectable lady with no criminal background :) and just looking to start a new life in UAE since my husband died last May 1st of cancer. I hope that you are doing well.
Abu Dhabi is becoming very very expensive.
it ll be better for you to stay in Dubai(even cheaper at the Youth Hostel) and commute to Abu Dhabi(if you take the Emirates bus shuttle its only 15 Dirhams).
or try to look on the local ads paper.
you can find a room in Mussafah ,but the taxi in and out ll cost you 70 Dirhams.
I ll be in Abu Dhabi on 9th April.

Hi nice to meet you and thank you so much for the advice.. do you travel there often? I was just in Dubai but didnt get to Abu Dhabi but that is where i want to be in the end.. do you know much aobut this youth hostel? i am far from being a youth and is it safe? Can you give me any advice on gaining employment there as well?
