We are off there next week and looking at weather predictions, ther will be rain all week :(

Really we wanna get the best out of the trip so what are the highlights to do? We are both mid 20's and as much as we enjoy a good drinking session we can do that at home so what do you recommend we do?

Tips or anything would be kind.

Hope the weather won't be that bad!

We did some nice hikes on Gran Canaria...If you are into that, you could get a hiking guide (book) and plan some hikes yourself...I've got some short descriptions of the ones we did over here: http://members.virtualtourist.com/m/6117e/41125/6/

saw on tv its raining, but heck, you never know when you get there, so focus on the fun of the trip. my five cents philo answer of the night ::)
