No photo required. Just passport and of course yuor money $25US or equivalent in Rupiah or $AUD.

Or 10$ Us depending on how long you are coming for
10$US = up to 7 Days (including your arrival and departure days
25 US $ = Up to 30 Days including arrival and departure days

You cannot pay in Euro, you can only pay in US$ AU$ or Rupiah, you can change Euro at the counter next to the VOA desk, but the exchange rate would be terrible.

One month ago, I paid my VOA 25 Euro and got 70.000Rp change back. . .
But, right, it was Jakarta, not Bali. . . . :)

Well maybe you are right, and they have changed the currency they accept now, it is always difficult to keep uo to date with changes. And the exchange rate you got was't too bad, the equivalent to 26 US$, so only 1 Dollar different

You're better off paying in Dollars. Immigration seem to have some crazy exchange rate when you use rupiah, same as all consulates do here as well.
