Essaouira Travel Forum

Hi, I am travelling to Essaouira next week and I am trying to find out what the weather is like. Every site I look up has a wide range of temperature forecast which doesn't really tell me anything. Please can you tell me if it rainy at the moment and is it warm. Do I need a jacket in the evening?

You'll certainly need more than a T-shirt or whaterver. Apart from temperature it can get windy. But I've been there at several times of year abd the weather has always been very tolerable.

Due to extreme climatic changes the World is experiencing at the moment, trying to predict the weather can be difficult because of local, on the day variations.

As I live in Essaouira I can tell you that this morning the weather is cool and the sky is overcast. Rain is expected this week. You will need a jacket for the evenings.

Nothing like advice gained by looking out of the window!

13.41pm Raining buckets, bring your wellies and an umbrella. The good thing about the rain is that it cleans and refreshes everything & makes the farmers very happy.

anytime of the year Ive always found taking clothes that can be layered are the best way to travel - and always something warm available!

and I reckon too nothing beats looking out the window to see what the weather is like!
